Not a problem, based on Omega's manual ...
On page 24 of the owners manual, Omega wrote:
"Note: calibres 1861, 1863, 1866 and 3604 do not have a ’stop-
second’ mechanism. To synchronise, the crown should be gently
turned backwards and pressure maintained to stop the seconds
hand. Release when the display corresponds to the timing signal
and push crown back to position 1."
