Nicolas, the Seamaster Skeleton has been available since 2002 or possibly earlier
Jan 28, 2009,04:51 AM
when i was first retired and had pension lump in the bank my wife enquired about buying me one for xmas (with my money please note) and after lots of phone calls between AD, Omega UK and Geneve she was told that at that stage only 1 had ever been made for Basel and was sold at end of show. any others would be made to order, completely made by 1 watchmaker and would take 12 months approximately. i've got the 2001 AD catalogue and theres a pic of one in there with specs.
that was a long time ago so its possible they now make them for boutiques and they are more readily available. lovely looking piece, but not really suited to the smp300 case IMO.
best
Graham

I never considered this model before...

...but it's growing on me. It's classy, but there is something slightly aggressive about the geometry of the hour markers, hands, calendar display, and overall color palate of this watch. I can't quite put my finger on it. Thanks for the photos! Daos
Thanks for the photo, Art.

My previous comments were actually geared toward the DeVille, but it is interesting to see this ladies model Aqua Terra. I think the men's Aqua Terra is a much more successful design, compared to its feminine counterpart. Cheers, Daos
