My initial take...
... is that your dial and hands are original and are in unusually good condition for their age. The logo looks right for the era (1940's). Omega paired pink gold with steel quite often back then.
My guess is that your watch is a US market only model. Swiss movement, US made case and only "Swiss" on the dial. However, it's very hard to tell for sure just based on a single wrist shot.
So don't be surprised if I'm wrong.

I think while Purists rightfully would want the original dial, this modern dial in this case makes it a far more attractive watch - this is after all one of those 1994 Homage piece dials that in original form was available only in Japan. I think the value...
