I would have big concerns...
...about that 6-digit case serial number. Franco's 8-digit number of around 11 million would be consistent with an early 1950's 18K gold case.
That number looks more like a later model case reference number (i.e. 132.016), but I can't find that number listed on the Omega Vintage Database. Even if I did find it, I highly doubt it would be consistent with a square Omega Cosmic.
Without pictures of the rest of the watch, I would be hesistant to say any more,
