I share with you the same impressions...
I went to the boutique to acquire the 15,000 and I left empty handed, for two reasons:
1) The running seconds hand. This "wasp" look seems to me childish. Why not a full yellow hand?
2) The price difference between the SS bracelet and the leather version is nothing but if you acquire one, let's say the bracelet version, the leather strap costs the ransom of a king!! Omega, please, you are on the watch business and not on the strap business. Why not have a version with the two options?
The red seconds is very attractive, not with tha NATO please.

. . . works best for me as well. These images were taken over three years ago in the Omega boutique. Might well have bought one then had I not just acquired the El Primero months earlier. Hard pressed to think of another watch that fits the 'daily beater'...
Bad news: just checked with Omega . . .
. . . and the answer is 'no'. The good news is that the 38.5 mm mid-size version of the AT annual calendar . . . . . . is still in current production. Well worth taking a look at next time you're in an Omega boutique. :-) ...
