I can tell who the seller is...
...from the photos you supplied.
He does a nice job repairing movements and actually replates parts in the original alloy when necessary. Sometimes, dials are refinished and these are disclosed in the lisitings. I think the second watch is a redial. The first one looks original.
Prices are usually higher than the norm because of the restoration work and movement service. He also offers a reduced rate on future service.
These are watches refurbished more for everyday wear than for future collector appeal.

Prices are generally too high and watches are generally too polished/refinished. You can find the same watches in better condition at lower prices without too much difficulty.

The hands are not the correct size . . .
. . . but they may well be actual Omega replacements. The dial looks good, though. Not too bad overall, but a completely original piece would be preferable.
i'm assuming the seamaster is a 752 calibre?
If you can get the correct hands for the seamaster it would make a very nice watch imo, but perhaps better to search for a 751 calibre seamaster chronometer. Much more uncommon, but with the same looks and lovely dial. G
Wrong Seamaster Hands.
For some reason Tim has placed the entirely wrong style hands on the Seamaster, I'm sure if contacted he would replace the hands with the correct ones.

The hands seem to have a combined inlay: part black, part luminescent. anaesdoc
I've never paid close attention until you now point it out...
