i'm assuming the seamaster is a 752 calibre?
If you can get the correct hands for the seamaster it would make a very nice watch imo, but perhaps better to search for a 751 calibre seamaster chronometer. Much more uncommon, but with the same looks and lovely dial.

Prices are generally too high and watches are generally too polished/refinished. You can find the same watches in better condition at lower prices without too much difficulty.

The hands are not the correct size . . .
. . . but they may well be actual Omega replacements. The dial looks good, though. Not too bad overall, but a completely original piece would be preferable.

Wrong Seamaster Hands.
For some reason Tim has placed the entirely wrong style hands on the Seamaster, I'm sure if contacted he would replace the hands with the correct ones.

The hands seem to have a combined inlay: part black, part luminescent. anaesdoc
