I actually agree with you.
The red strap there looks quite a propos. I'm definitely getting a couple of different colors and seeing how I feel about wearing them with that particular case-dial combo.... I'm also thinking a silver and off-white strap might be visually complementary........ Anyway, I was enjoying it tonight while going on my evening run in the neighborhood........
