Hi Ruckdee Great post .... Is the Ploprof going to be your daily wearer ? -2/sec a days sounds like a alot for the 8500.... was it fully wound before you started to wear it ? Good Hunting Bill

But I don't feel any uncomfortable wearing the watch otherwise. My real daily wearers for the past year or two are the Speedmaster on bracelet (for outdoor-bound days) and JLC Reverso Grande Sun Moon on strap (for more comfortable environment)s. Back to t...  

Hi R The watch was great ( it was sent back to Omega.... it was just a loaner). I did get a chance to wear it for a few days and I had no problem with it . But if I was working on a computer or laptop . I would be concerned that I would damaged the laptop... 

Mine which is about 2mos old is currently running about 1.5sec+ per day

i really like this watch as i really liked the original when i owned one, but it just seems too impractical for me personally. i can enjoy it vicariously through reviews such as this. best Graham

Not to lead anyone on...the wetsuit pics were a function of an active waterskiing/wakeboarding weekend in the chilly midwest great lakes and not a diving expedition. without the wetsuit you would freeze your proverbial ....off nonetheless i thought it wou...
