Ladies and Gentlemen have you ever been asked to provide the following information such as a copy of your driver's license, 2 pages of your passport, copy of your utility bill with your address, your signature and a copy of the front and back of the credi...
My experience with Watchfinder
By: DSF : November 15th, 2018-15:27
was that they have to confirm my shipping address by me sending them an email from my work email. To me that is pretty ridiculous, what if I don’t have a work email? What if I don’t want my company’s compliance team or my boss to know I’m spending a lot o...

I can understand Drivers License and Credit Card, while I’m at the store but not passport and utility bills. Are they doing background checks for felony or misdemeanor charges too 😂? Even Drivers License is just for the first time I made my purchase, subs...

I don't know if this is still the case, but in 2010 it was actually illegal for a store to ask for a drivers license in the state of California. Today, when I buy an expensive item at a department store in California, I still don't show my drivers license...

I'm not a fan of the Hermes game. And I'm not a fan of how Hermes treats alligators and crocodiles. Besides, the stores are all filled with loud and obnoxious tourists.
How did you make the purchase?

I don't know what it's like across the world but here in the UK, if you were to get finance for a watch purchase (and it makes sense when it's over X years at 0% interest), then you typically have to provide extra evidence of financial stability / credit-...
I agreed with you Joe about finance...

That’s standard practice. In my case Watchfinder refused to get a second hand watch out of a cabinet without me showing them my driving license.
