A friend of mine ask me about this Seamaster 300, which I have no idea (I don't collect these) would you please advise, your valuable opinions are very appreciated.

Several things don't look right about this one
Hi Hoi, this watch has several well known signs of a fake SM300. It has 'stubbies' - these are the tick marks on the dial that continue right through the lume patches at the hours to the edge of the dial. The loops on the 6 and 9 are fully closed - on the...

It is a classic vietnamese fake ...
... sorry, but the only genuine part is the movement . If you send the serial of the movement to Bienne with 75 CHF cost, it will turn up to be originally mounted in a DeVille, or similar. BWs Franco
