To me its a fact. That doesn’t mean that the 127 looses its charm. It’s an amazing watch and an icon with a very special look. It has a slightly bigger appearance. The 127 is the old timer of it. Have you seen a 1080 in real?
@nico: I just have much more fun with the 382 as with the fiddy. So it was the right choice for me. With unlimited of money and space i might have kept. Although I was as well tired of the selection process in the morning , lol. 127 - 1080? 1080-127 , haha... 
Dug out the one and only 127 today for some long overdue wrist time

They’re well known for producing more of the same and milking the cow over and over again. It’s very unfortunate! That’s why I’m only collecting the old models/series with tritium dials. At least they look better to me than the ones with fake patina. ...

It is imho one the best looking 1950. I’ve bought and sold more than 7 since 2008 and always had a soft spot this piece. Wear yours in the best of health Laurent
Yes... the 1080 does it all for me and just had more wrist time.
The 1080 is closer to the 6152/1 and more wearable. Selling the fiddy helped me to be able to get a 382. So I traded one icon to get a new one .
