Honestly, I'd be thrilled to have either one. If the 317, as others have said, I'd go for the K. the PVD movement is just so nice...and rare. The black ceramic Luminors do wear slightly smaller than their polished and brushed counterparts though. May or my not be an issue for you, but when I tried the 317 it felt much smaller than I was expecting.
The 339 is beautiful too. The 47mm case is the right size for the dark brown, almost black color. I was a little disappointed that the production units are slightly blacker than the proto's, but that's just me.

Get the PAM317 instead of the PAM339
Why? Because you already have 2 Radiomirs - PAM246 & PAM249 - and only 1 Luminor. So mix your collection up more and get a Luminor 1950 case which is different than the standard Luminor case that the PAM0 uses. - AT

Panerai should imo be clean and simple. I love chronographs but not from Panerai.
