Without that it would just be an unnecessary date window messing up a simplistic Panerai dial. But the weird under-crystal cyclops ends up adding to the weird textured look of the watch in a way I'm enjoying. I think what I like about this actually comes ...
I had a very early tritium one like this that went with my other Panerai sadly. Truly superb watch. The date with its hidden cyclops is great, but I know we’ll have to agree to disagree.
