PAM275 Stopped completely
The watch got to a really bad state, it stopped completely even though its PR indicates fully charged to 8 days. On rare occasions it runs for 10-15 seconds then stops completely again.
Panerai indicated a replacement watch but yet to confirm. Hopefully it will be a quick process. Still can't believe a watch of such calibre and reputation failed on day one.
Just a warning to others that buying a Panerai while travelling has its risks. My example, watch was bought from an AD boutique in Spain but Panerai Boutique will not replace the watch. Their reason, different tax system and watch wasn't bought from a Panerai Boutique. So they don't cover watches sold from a Panerai AD.

Don't worry, if all new and correctly stamped by your AD, your watch is under warranty, and will be repaired for free. Frustrating, yes. Best, Nicolas.

Its been 4 days now, hopefully it will sort itself out soon. It's interesting why it happens, maybe some technical experts can share some light. AD is trying to arrange for it to be checked in Italy by another panerai AD since I left Spain already.
