No.2, breaking the rules, and Xmas come early..:)

 

I can't believe it myself...today has been one of those good days.

Panerai 44mm No.2 ..c'est arrive!

Yes Anthony it is PAM 29 re -edition. Panerai has bad  effects LOL, I have some rules for buying watches..

1. Nothing bigger than 42mm

2. never buy at a premium for a modern watch

3. never buy without wearing or seeing the watch first

well, rule No.1

well and truely gone...this now 44 no.2  ...and I love them

rule no. 2 , I'm afraid both PAM's have come in at a premium from the grey..I have no relationship for Panny's at AD's sad

but I dont regret it for a second

rule no.3 made a call to a large retailer in London from whom I have bought before other pieces from other manufacture, and guess what

I made a reservation for the PAM 386, yes based solely from the pictures I saw here...now for the pics..

 



My new baby has arrived, the Tuxedo dial GMT...I love these dials

Its No.2 wow I can't believe it...we vnever even discussed what number it was! LOL Happy Xmas! (Happy Eid LOL)

don't neglect your speedy, I faced the same dilemma after embarking on the Pam journey. But everytime I flip the speedy over and look at its magnificient 321 movement, I know my speedy still has its place in my collection. So far my pam doesn't have that ...

Wow you got #2! The PAM29 is awesome and has an addictive vintage look to it. The brushed bezel w/ the black paint filled CNC'ed bezel is my favorite part of the watch. Here's a quick wristshot with my cheapo blackberry camera. #168 says hi! Cheers, Antho...

Congratulations, a nice piece it is. Many PAM collectors have earlier or later broken some rules of principles to find what made them happy, and to me this is what counts. I have a wish for you, enjoy your watch for a very long time.
