.. no seriously put aside the kidding but those people are milking their cow in an insane way... someone  should stop those guys in there ... this is not a fashion house where you have to come out with four collections a year this is HOROLOGY... This is PANERAI they are messing the brand upside down...know what? seriously i lost interest in their new ones since they squeezed the 390 few weeks ago... im going to older pams even if that will require lots of saving...

 By: P@trick@Belgium : October 10th, 2011-08:30
I realy don't know if I have to start of laughing or crying , but my feeling is that the guys at OP are smoking a bit to much last days !!! The 372 isn't even out and they allready brind a sort of 'de luxe' version of it .... IMO a great way to destroy in...

Is tat goona be the name

 By: flamenco : October 10th, 2011-08:34
of the watch I mean ?!?

no, in fact I'm gonna call it the 'bye bye Panerai"

 By: P@trick@Belgium : October 10th, 2011-08:46
... realy !? the guys at OP should take a little step on the brakes ! how on earth are you bringing out an evolution of a model if the original even hasn't hit the streets ... at least wait till SIHH 2012 for a release like this ! anyway if it takes as lo...

Wowsa

OP has always pre-released one piece before SIHH but this may be a bit too similiar to the 372...

very nice...

But I have to agree that the timing is a little bizarre with the 372 still not out yet. I read elsewhere that this was going to be a 2000 piece LE.

There's an exibition in Milan.....

 By: sergio : October 10th, 2011-12:33
that will run from Oct 2011 to Jan 2012 called O'Clock, of which Panerai is the main sponsor. This piece is, probably, associated with that....a blend between design and technique....as it say on the website.. Cheers

all i will say..la gente esta muy loca..WTF

 By: Miranda : October 10th, 2011-12:38

is that if you look at Euro GTG Paris table shoot there were no Panerai Strange or not? Best Damjan

Good news to me.

With the direction Panerai is going it'll give a mere enthusiast like me a chance to own a Panerai version that I actually like without over inflated collectors type prices. Can only imagine the sad faces on all the professional Panerai flippers .

Looks all rite!

Another one to add to the must-check list. Thanks for the scoop, Patrick.

Wouldn't this be...

Part of Panerai's strategy to sweep in one step all non in-house models? Maybe that's why they are bombing us with so much new models that somehow may replace ETA historic models. My 2 cents. Have a nice day friends. René

Don't expect...

 By: laphroaig007 : December 10th, 2011-18:42
... this PAM 422 before end of 2012 ! I've asked on of my AD, they knew about it, but no order for this specific model was available by Panerai. So, I'm figuring that Panerai, as usual, will reveal pro to at SIHH and take orders from AD then.

Having handled the 372 now

 By: d-star : December 20th, 2011-05:19
I think this one will also look incredible.

Just looking forward

... to having both PAM 372 and PAM 422 ! Ordered 372, should arrived in beginning of 2012, ask for order confirmation for 422... So maybe I'll be able to handle both of them in the same pic one day !!! ;-)
