Link between serial number and millesimation number

Hi. I came across this pam0004 T dial and am researching its validity. According to paneristi.com there should be a numerical link between the bb number and the mille number by 1400. So 6138 less 1400 should be A3438 but this shows A0327. So the question is, is this real?

the Pre-A are ALL "T-swiss-T". The models A+BT models are "T swiss T", with no dashes. The serial B comes with BT dials AND BL dials, since the Tritium was on it's way out and the later production's models, had Luminova dials. Submersibles are "T swiss ma...
