Doesn’t feel secure, balanced. My luxury watches aren’t sophisticated enough to tell interval timing anyway. I use my phone for timing short sets.

I have a workout watch, but I’ve been lifting with my PAM111 lately. The rubber strap is comfortable when I sweat, its ETA 6497 can take it, and it just looks like a beast. What do you like to have on wrist when you work out? ...

You have to be comfortable when you’re working out, and if you’re distracted that’s not a good thing, either.

I use the running seconds on mine to loosely tone rest in between sets, but mostly I just love wearing a watch at all times in all situations. But to each their own!
