Astounding service from Chad Warrick in the Beverly Hills boutique and the entire OP team
Just a note to say I experienced the very best service experience I'd ever had with a watch company from Panerai, Chad Warrick in the Beverly Hills boutique, and the team in Switzerland. The only remotely comparable experience I've had was with PP in New York. Chad told me it was the single most complicated repair they had ever had pass through the BH boutique. It involved the rare Panerai 147 rattrapante (vintage Venus calibre), which I purchased significantly below true value, knowing it needed some serious looking after. The Panerai team in Switzerland not only perfectly restored the watch, they also fabricated three separate parts - major ones. Was it expensive? Yes. Was it done perfectly and on time? Yes. Is the watches value significantly enhanced by their work? Absolutely. And, even with the repair my cost is far below what I think is probably market value. I took a BIG chance, assuming this could be done. Chad and the entire OP team here and in Switzerland did an astounding job, technically, communication-wise, and in every other way. I just wanted to give them a shout-out. They are exemplary.
