For those of you who asked: Here are pictures of the Panerai 147 I spoke of in my post. They had to fabricate a few parts for this, and the whole thing is simply gorgeous - kudos again to Chad of the BH Boutique and the entire Panerai team from there to Switzerland. My photo skills are not good (as you can see) , but you get the idea.
