183 or 210 for my first PAM!
Hi,
I'm on the way for my first PAM after years of lurk.
I'm on the budget side so choice is between 183 and 210.
Can you please post a pic (only one each) of your choice and say why you choose it over the other!
Thanks a lot!
Dje
ps: pictures of 190 are not allowed, that would not be fair!!

Hi Jérome,

I do not have one of these 2 Radiomir models (but a PAM 190). IMO, for the mentionned budget for a first Panerai, as Asi said, I personally would have chosen a Luminor model and preferably the left handed one PAM 219. I know that is out of your question. ...
Rationale: If I understood,

you like (love) PAM 190 and I completely share your choice. In that way, keep in mind this watch for the 2d PAM. A Radiomir elegant, dressy with Sub-dial second and 8 days RDM JLC movement. Another Radiomir base will remember you, it is not the PAM 190 of...
I would go with the 210
By: ALEPOS : May 8th, 2008-21:06
Hello Jerome, I would go with the 210 as it looks like the very first panerai that went in production and also looks like the 232. On the other hand, as both watches are mannual the 183 is more practical as an everyday wearer as you can see when the watch...
210 all the way
By: AlexSunrise : May 8th, 2008-21:51
Jerome, I was in the same position as you are right now. At first I thought I wanted the PAM 50, but when I first tried on a Radiomir, I completely fell in love with it. With that being said, and only by looking at pictures I thought the 183 was my choice...
another 210 here
By: Euthymic : May 9th, 2008-09:40
Again, I do not think there are any losers here But, you did ask... I love the simplicity of the 210 and think the lack of superfluous dial print ("Black Seal") makes it the most versatile watch. IMHO, the Rad's lean towards the dressier side and the clea...
