With the integration of Minerva, Montblanc has lots of heritage in pilot watches.

myself take a liking to bronze cases.

Bronze is in fashion at the moment, so why not? Combo with a green dial (like IWC did in its 42 mm chrono) is also a winning combination. I assume the bronze does not go green, like the IWC's?

Ah my friend.... About bronze cases, we can only agree. It starts to become boring. As for the legitimity for Montblanc to make nice watches, I think they are doing a great job...
