Hi Great shots - looks really elegant. But as you say it takes a closer look to fully appreciate the dial. The texture of the dial is great and a wonderful contrast to the crispness of the indexes. Cheers JML

But your pictures are also always superb and really show the beauty of your marvels. Unlike many others (including me often), you could never write that your pictures do not do justice to the beauty of your watch because you always manage to catch the bea... 

Many thanks for your nice comments. I take a lot of pics with my iPhone and less than 10 % is worth sharing. The quality through quantity... No, I'm not living with tonton, but yes, I love my old teck table. It always provides me a neutral and nice backgr... 

It was my first holyday place delivery. It's a better feeling than receiving the watch at the office. In a more serious context... ...  

I think it's because of the high contrast between the dial and the hands. The lack of AR coating doesn't help either.

I had tough times to try to take some good pictures. Will post them in my dedicated review, one day. Best, Nicolas

yes in general, the white metal, white dial and blued hands/indices made the watch "cooler" but to me, a Reverso always feel warm maybe due to the case/dial design too. Even without the macro shots, when the sunlight touches the dial, the blued hands and ...

Hi, Congratulations on that beauty! I have a question, is the dial of the chocolate reverso also stamped? Meaning you can see the depth of the indices and the minute tracks on the brown dial? I'm getting more curious with these two models of the TT1931 Re...

Oh, I wonder why they didn't make it a standard feature? I thinks it would be a real stunner if it were stamped. I saw this both in real at JLC boutique Hong Kong and honestly am torn between the two. Need to see more wrist shots. Would you classify this ... 

I've got an another Reverso, the chronograph retrograde , and my feeling is that the 1948 as more casual, specially with a blue or a brown strap. I think it's due to the size of the case (very long) and the very light dial that makes it look bigger than r...

Guess I answered my own question. Since the 1948 is more casual, I needed a more formal watch based on my collection too. My question should've been "Can the chocolate be used as a casual watch too?" But with the dial color and Fagliano strap, I think it ...
