... but the watch and case itself are on the sportier side anyway for me, so I get it, even with the orange. Why not? Ok it loses a bit of its seriousness, but we know some friends with VERY VERY colorful straps on quite formal watches right? ))) So this ... 

look 😃. Kinda like the orange highlights on the dial. Maybe a different color strap helps make it more casual and definitely without the orange threads….

I admire the mechanical mastery of the minute repeater but I am not interested in buying one. Happily this is one occasion when my taste in watches and my wallet are in complete agreement with each other! All the best, Jon

for sure, but to be frank I'd rather have a jlc MR with a plain dial, no tourbillon whatsoever nor torque / QP etc... just a plain dial and the two blue gongs from a 950 caliber !

so clean. if only it wasnt a QP!

and it would save us a few tens of k€ hehe
