Superbe - blue in the face of blue faces?
Great watch with some nearly “intellectual satisfaction” aspects to to it (dead second, looks like a quartz watch but better 😀; position of the lume IIRC, …).
The picture is really beautiful, and I personally would pair the watch equally with a tweed sport jacket (like in the picture) as with a pair of jeans.
At same time, I realize how many blue dialed watches we saw of late. Are we blue in the face of blue faces/dials ? [pun intended]. What about a green dial 🤭😂

Prefer the eggshell dial, a bit more character then overused blue sundial. Is there a designer left at JLC ? Where are the guys from amvox, navy seal and deepsea ?

Absolutely agree
To me, JLC stands out with their classic, no-nonsense watches. Dressy or casual, it’s the simple things they do best. Personally, I love the Duometre et al. But from a brand perspective, it’s the classics JLC pulls off like not many others.

I also think it’s an amazing watch and a great technical tour de force. This is what I meant to say in my previous post. I do, however, stand by my point that what JLC does best are the simple, classic pieces.
