If my memory serves me well, Mrs Renier is at the helm pf Jaeger-Lecoultre since May 2018, so roughly 8 months. I had two conversations with her, one in December, and one at the SIHH.

These have been more conversations than interviews. But I can tell you that:
- Mrs Rénier is very passionate about Belle Horlogerie.
- Mrs Renier listens, which is a very important virtue, in my opinion.
- Yes, she wants to " save the soldier Duometre ", and yes we'll have new things with the Duometre. They are working on that.
- Funnily, I told her the same thing. For the customer who wants to buy a 8 to 25 / 30 K Euros watch, there is not many ( not to say almost nothing ) new to buy. At the exception of the Reverso Tribute Small Seconds Burgundy, but this is an iteration, not really a new watch.
You will laugh, but on some points, she makes me think of Jerôme Lambert. Dynamic, able to listen, voluntary, passionate about Belle Horlogerie, she is learning very fast, as Jerome did.
To tell you all, I am positively impressed by her. And I am pretty sure we'll have some good years!
