I think the new platinum would be quite stunning to wear and gaze into for hours, dreaming of all the traveling you're going to do from whatever comfy chair you're currently in. And here is the crux of the problem, this watch is not a doing watch. The second release of the new line went the other direction with the toughness the line originally represented. A true second is cool, but not hugely necessary, nor is a chronograph. I want something that a spy would need. See 007 doesn't travel with a watch case. Must pair well with a suit, be able to survive a ton of abuse, and above all keep exceptionally accurate time. I understand that they can't release a new watch like this every year, but then they certainly don't need to either. In fact, constant updates diminish the value of a time piece built to stand the test of time.
