Jaeger-LeCoultre

Many plus a few minus....

Definitely a great case,I looove the martelee effect,a joy to look at.Great finish on this watch and obviously that beautiful spherical spring.

A watch that leaves you in awe,but on a second thought, personally,I don t like the chrono for such an important watch, don t get me wrong, but at this point I would have left the chrono function out, maybe just a power reserve and additional chronometric features.

If there is a limit on JLC I think its on the choices of complications to match,in this case the 2 dont go together in my opinion, maybe a second timezone,or ...I dont know ,but I jut dont fancy the 2 together. On top of that a day/night indicator?for what?

It happened before with the spherotourbillon where I found the 2nd timezone superfluous ,sometimes I think that at JLC they just pick a random complication and put it together with another random one......sometimes less is more. Here there is a bit of lack of coherence. Is it a chrono? If yes I expect more indications ....

Look at the Gyro1,quantieme perpetuelle in the most minimal elegant way, equation of time, power reserve.......fantastic!
My heart is still there.
