i wonder whether...

 

the LEs are about a watch being very special, or about making the owner feel that way, i.e. a 'chosen one', entitled to wear an (almost) unique watch. in other words, a couple of hundreds of watches in a 6 billion people planet makes each of these (watch or owner) pretty unique. however, as watches seem not to have feelings (otherwise some of those pieces i have fallen in love with could have shown me more sympathy smile ), i presume it is quite often about us owners' ego...

back to the topic - i would enjoy seeing a modern version of the jlc geomatic - simple, clear, elegant, reliable; furthermore, i would also love the following improbable combination with a jlc - basic design (hour, minute, seconds, date) & 100 m water resistance & magentic field resistance & up to 40 mm in size & titanium case...

About the Polaris, I think it's a bit too late to produce it in a regular version, as the watch is already released in LE... What will people who buy it while presented like a LE think if they see that, finally, it is not a LE? Just my opinion, of course,...

I was not that happy to see the non LE of the Diving GMT, in 46 mm. I think that JLC would have done better to not present the 44 mm Diving GMT as a LE, for, 1 year after, release the 46 mm Diving GMT non LE..; In this case, both 44 and 46mm would better ...

Hi Nicolas, I believe that they could produce a watch that was very similar to the Polaris, although not exactly the same, whilst still respecting the 768 limited edition. After all, they have already set the precedent before by producing a LE 44 and prod...

that you are primarily talking about the 68 version. I do not believe the 65 version is a candidate for regular production in the future. As far as the 68 goes...is there enough general interest in this watch and if so how many to produce and what price p...

why do companies feel the need to limit the number made? every brand is overflowing with LE's some(well to be specific 1) make virtually all their models LE's which pretty much defeats the whole appeal of an LE. if there is a very good reason for producin...

I share your ponit of view, and even JLC makes too many LE Watches, as for example the EWC different series, the DBS in titanium ( while it is ok in RG because any Amvox II existed before in RG ), and some few others... As for the Polaris, it is a bit dif...

Sorry for the shouting, but what about a new memovox (or master reveil) in a non LE. 38 to 40 mm would be fine thank you and within it the new movement used in the new Polaris. Black or silver dial? I would settle for either. Now come on you Swiss magicia...
