I still don't get...
JLC killing off watches that could be brand Icons (except the Reverso, of course).
I think the EWC could have been JLC's answer to the ROO. They already had the strap change down to the 41.5mm size in the Compressor Chrono 2.
With a little more tweaking, Compressor could have carried JLC forward for the next 20-to-30 years.

I love this watch...
but could never fit to my wrist given the size. I also agree with others that the Compressor line was unique and was disappointed to see it go.
