You are correct. the Boutique and Platnium version both have the dial with empty dot.
I think it is difficult to identify from the photo except showing the back with the number or to feel it in flesh.

Hi Bernard. Realy wonderfull pictures. Witch harware didi you use for that? Is it the platinum or the boutique edition? I wonder if you can see a difference between both materials... Best regards Marc

From the dial detail, it may give your hints : empty small dot. For the hardware, I use a marco lens and Canon 30D.
The Platinum also have empty dots...
