but since you asked to be brutal... I'll only say JLC has disastrous resale... (almost all watches do, but JLC worse than the majority as a brand ) Other than that, I feel this is a timeless design and a beautiful movement at a fair price. If you feel it'... 

All too often we tip toe around these issues. I appreciate brutal honest views. I am aware of the resale value and it is a major consideration. I have tried to shape my collection by movements and yet I fall short of my own rules. I will need to think lon... 

The one LE to 800 pieces? As a compliment to the 3 pieces you show in your pic, it is a good fit as a simple time only watch that can be dressed up or down both. A versatile watch Cheers robin

I read about it but most of the cool stuff is in the inside. I was wondering if any owners had any views as well.

.. as far as the TT Geophysic is concerned, I really love mine: - it has historical DNA, IMO also balanced charm & is unobtrusive , but versatile: - You can dress it up or down, she will mold in.. Thus, on a personal note, you probably cannot GP wrong. Go... 

A true lost opportunity for JLC. An interesting manual movement, even at a decently higher price, would IMO been taken up by collectors very quickly.

But it could and should have been more special.
