I knew I was a bit fuzzy on the details! The "11-U" watch was stunning though. It wouldn't be hard to put a modern version of that into the XGT case. If JLC can reissue the Polaris why not earlier Reverso's? And I would equally like to see a Perpetual in the Reverso XGT case too. Maybe having seen the Triptyche's Calendar face JLC can put that part into serial production.

Apart from opening the doors a little to the mind of the man leading the team at Jaeger-LeCoultre, the interview also revealed to me that like Ms Metrailler, Mr Lambert also ranks the IWC's 1993 Portugieser highly - which gives me hope for future designs ...
