Hi. This is totally unacceptable, I have 3 Reversos nothing like this. I suggest you go back to the dealer and ask for a replacement. These days if you have been following on this forum and others that there are quality issues with JlC.

Definitely you should have your watch replaced by the AD. If grey market new and sealed then my guess is the problem is the seller. Best of luck for a quick resolution.

There will be slight scratches over time from swivelling back and forth, but yours look like grooves! Never seen before. I’d go back to the Boutique. Very sorry for you, but you seem to have received a full blown Monday morning watch... I’m sure JLC can s...
