The only negative I'll say, and it has nothing to do with this watch: if they put so much time into designing shaped movements of very high horological value, why can't they simply design a larger replacement for the 899 and stop using that tiny movement in the Master line. Do like AP just did with the 11.59 and Royal Oak, and make a movement with a 5 day power reserve, 30+ mm in diameter, free spring, silicone balance; the works. That would go a long way in my mind, and would push me over the edge on so many models I like, but don't like the 899 and their antiquated derivations.

... in Titanium is a fantastic piece. A grail, in fact. But it's not a Reverso chimer in stainless steel.

This is a very impressive watch.
Both from a technical and design perspective ! The "open dial" structure works surprisingly well with the classical Reverso style.
There is a lot to like, but I think it would be even better if the two dials were more differentiated. JLC is skilled in so many styles, I guess they made this decision very deliberately.
I wonder if we will see the relative slimness extend to new versions of certain other reversos, where the size was challenging the traditional elegance of the reverso design.
