IWC

Depends

If you want to preserve the possibility of selling the watch one day (as I, at least, tend to do) you'll probably need to get it overhauled, because that's a pretty extensive list of bruises that you'd *have* to disclose to prospective buyers. And it's going to look good overhauled anyway!

But, somehow, it's still keeping time: is +7sec/day even out of spec for an IWC? And it sounds like you don't mind the cosmetic damages either--in fact, it sounds like you kind of appreciate the cosmetic damages! So if you aren't worried about sale/trade value for the watch, I'd say just keep it as is and wear happily.

As an example of the latter: I bought the Journe in my profile picture at a significant discount because it was in need of service. Movement was past due, lots of nicks and bumps on the case, big gash on the crown. I had nothing done, and I've owned it and worn it regularly for five years since then! And, for what it's worth, I could now sell it for 3x what I paid then, and nobody would bat an eye about the service question! Though I don't think you can bet on that last part...
