2nd generation.
Mine is the 2nd generation. To trust generation has the old logo “International Watch Company”.
It is not difficult to distinguish the first and second generation from the third generation.
The third (last) generation has the small seconds at 6:00, the first two generations have the small seconds at 9:00.
It has to do with the fact that the first two generations are based on the historic Caliber 982. The current (third) generation already has a new movement and a larger case (43 mm).
The case of my watch is 42 mm.

I dreamed of this watch since the IWC Portuguese Minute Repeater was launched in 1995. But I couldn’t afford it at that time.
Truth being told I haven’t seen it in the metal, I admire this watch since I first saw it.
One day I’ll have one, until then I’ll just enjoy your photos.
You should do it.
I even sold some other watches (including a Patek Annual Calendar 😎) to get hold of this good piece. I have never regretted this.
