You can't see it on the pictures but there are holes on the side of the case where the spring bar snaps in place. These holes are also used when the spring bar needs to be removed.

Like the simple aesthetics very much !!

I really like the industrial look combined with the trademarks of true workmanship. Very well done! And regulators are quite scarcely distributed.

Yes, I feel like regulators are not very popular these days, but I personally always liked them.

For an already great watch. I know pictures can lie a bit, but the one on the wrist tells me you can remove the empty space on the north and south of the sub dials to make it more compact. Also the main plate on the back should have some cote de Geneve to...

Granularity. Blued hands would be useful for poor sighted individuals.

...but would make an exception in this case. I love the way it looks hand-made. Clean it up too much and it would lose some charm imho. I actually cut out some paper in the watch dimensions (not height) and set it on my 7.25 inch wrist. It is quite a bit ... 

Regarding the size of the watch, it's not small for sure but because the movement is relatively large a smaller case with the current design is nearly impossible. If I were to redesign the case and come up with a different position for the lugs I might be... 

...and know how big your wrist is. My 40mm Sub is fine on my wrist as a reference. I just don’t see how this size could be worn by me without ‘hanging over.’ That said, it is beautiful and I applaud your effort. I think many of us have dreamed of doing so...

Those are great points what you mentioned. I think the biggest "upgrade" would be as you pointed out to make the Anglage more dramatic. Only problem with that is because of the layout of the bridges (they are very narrow) the available space for the Angla...
