Looking at the profile you will see that this is a modular construction...the pushers and crown are not in the middle of the case. I think later on Mr. Anderson focused on changing this aspect in all his watches (he mentions this in the interview with TM and Curtis)
The dial is beautiful, engine turned with four separate patterns, and all the way out to the periphery.
The minute hand is bent to adjust for parallux as well.

I could have cared less if the watch was a simple calendar but finding another good watchmaker is priceless. That is always the problem with owning watches...the maintenance afterwards which is often dismissed. There may be plentiful of skill watchmakers ...

When I talked to the watchmaker and asked if he could customize a leap year indicator, he told me that there would be no easy and elegant solution. So I wonder why were there two versions? One with a leap year indicator, and another series without? Either...
