Mr. Andersen was awesome...
He was as helpful as he could be despite being so far away...he didn't have to lift a finger to respond to my email.
He sent me a copy of the original operating manual and I thought he didn't look at my images close enough because the manual he sent me was an identical looking watch EXCEPT it had a leap year indicator (see the circular aperature within the months indicator). I guess he was just dropping a hint.
He also sent me a copy of his newest catalog, a handwritten letter, and encouraged me to buy a new model
