My comments relate to whether you think you will ever sell this watch or is this a keeper for life?
If it's a keeper - then do what you want & mix finishes if you want to (my vote is for brushed btw)
If you plan to sell on future - then keep original specs (easier to resell)

I’d ask them to polish just the lug tops and brush the sides, and leave the bezel brushed.
If you have it polished, it’ll pick up scratches, which will be more noticeable. I’d also want that rehaut mirror polished, like it appears to be in some images of the blue dial version, and the green Dubai one.
IMHO original has its own presence...updates are good but can't replace the originals !
