over all work is more neat than the first one love the current hands more than the previous one, a blued screws would add a charm to the watch.... Keep up the good work . Faisal

I think you've made a beautiful watch! I somehow prefer the dual tone on the first one though, but like the newer movement and hands. Looking forward to see more!

while looking to it i was saying hummm... something should be added to it for additional charm beside the blue screws.... and yes the two tone is the answer... two tone within the movement it self would be seductive to see different finishing on the insid... 

I too prefer the two tone look. However, I have been unable to identify a good source for rhodium plating locally. Kind regards Aditya

...when you write it, gavla, it is necessary first to know why you would hold such a strong view, and perhaps what you would find 'not ugly'. What are your particular tastes? Cheers, pplater.

A much cleaner design and the level of workman ship seems to have improved. All the parts seem to be much better finished, polished. The first watch seemed a little to be an assemblage of used parts, whereas this watch seems like new. A very nice result e...

The 'assemblage' nature of the first watch is due in some part to the patchy rhodium plating. In fact it has taken me the better part of two years to identify a good local source for gold plating (he does not do rhodium). Also, I have not the courage to s... 

I am generally not that into skeletion watches but this one came out very well ... like the steampunk appeal of the gold movement juxtaposed with the blued screws. Keep it up! Best Andreas

Perhaps a bit less skeletonization would work better. But substantially better finishing on this one. Did you make the case too? I like what I can see. Perhaps you can post a few pics of the case? J.

I do intend to reduce the skeletonization on the next one so that the bevels/ anglage can be larger. I buy the cases. What I like about this case is that it is just a shade over 41mm and so the movement really fills it up. There is no movement ring requir...
