Thank you! It is getting a lot of miles and the steel bezel is taking a beating, more than I thought after a lot of time wearing titanium, but I like that it's not sitting in the box.

I've been enjoying less. No date or lume, no problem, cell phone to the rescue. No power reserve meter is fine, I wind it everyday and can feel through the crown and see from the balance amplitude if it is low. The crown action can feel a little sluggish ...

I’ve only had experience with servicing Patek and Rolex.
Both were excellent experiences. I’m sorry you had this experience. It takes the fun out of owning watches.
