Service woes accompanied by an unapologetic boutique. 3 trips to service for the Duometre and 2 trips for the EL2 to get them right. It took away the fun of using the chronos since I lived in fear one press too many and they'd have to go back to service.

I've been enjoying less. No date or lume, no problem, cell phone to the rescue. No power reserve meter is fine, I wind it everyday and can feel through the crown and see from the balance amplitude if it is low. The crown action can feel a little sluggish ...

I’ve only had experience with servicing Patek and Rolex.
Both were excellent experiences. I’m sorry you had this experience. It takes the fun out of owning watches.
