I have made a full payment for a watch 2 years ago and being in contact with Daniel constantly until July 2019. After that lost contact in all possible channels. Would stay tuned and appreciate any news...

Hi, I also made a down payment and have been unsuccessful in trying to get an update on the delivery date, after they indicated on their website that they started delivering in Dec 2019. Their customer care seem to allow a bit of room for improvement... L... 

I've let them know about your concerns, they've told me that they have had a few personal problems (family members health issues), and they will be back on track soon. I guess there is no reason to worry. Vte

I’m aware of the health issue. And I allow all delays of delivery. However, 7 months without a simple message to explain the situation seems a bit odd, given that I’ve texted, emailed, messaged lots of time just to ask how are they doing. Hope they recove...
