Hi,
I also made a down payment and have been unsuccessful in trying to get an update on the delivery date, after they indicated on their website that they started delivering in Dec 2019. Their customer care seem to allow a bit of room for improvement... Let's hope that they are busy with getting the watches finished and out off the door ....

Tim Jackson on this forum knows them quite well, you may want to ask him ? Daniel spends quite a lot of time in Japan if I recall. [nt]

It’s a small business and I’ve always given some allowance for this. Daniel has always been very helpful even if a little delayed in his responses . I wish them a speedy recovery. [nt]
