For the amount that he’s charging why not purchase a beautiful vintage Patek calatrava with a vastly superior movement?

This one is close to perfection IMO. Maybe 1mm less on the strap width... Too bad about the delivery times (7 yrs+) ...

The good thing with very long wait times, is that some customers disappear from the list (old age etc.)

I am sure it is a nice watch but yes, it does not have the qualities of cheaper and one may argue more nicer watches (breguet, laine, etc....)

I enquired when the waiting time is ard 1 yr +. After seeing so many other options in this price range, I went for urban jurgensen 1140 Le steel, no regret! Not just the case, dial and hands it’s as impressive, it’s fitted with in house movement that well...
I live in Japan and haven't heard of Murakami or Kikuchi.

And the wait in Japan is the same as everywhere, so no bumping the line here. Approx. 8+ years. Wow! Even FP Journe is a shorter wait time. Nice looking watch, yes; but....for me, SS at those prices.... well.... too much "haipu", so on with the attainable...
