I like that too and have been looking at the PT with grey dial. Really really nice, but I disagree a little about giving a complication like the reserve de marche such a prominent role on an automatic watch if you know what I mean. I have that on the Divine too but the moon phase just balances this out. I might figure out why the RDM is useful but right now it seems like a bit of a horological paradox. Watch is always fully wound when you wear it, so it seems like a bit redundant to have an indicator that never moves.

I think when wearing one watch consistently your point makes total sense
But when one starts rotating, then RdM could be more intriguing. Especially when an automatic has long RdM (e.g. Fifty Fathoms), the tendency to rotate is higher than normal; and then knowing how much more you can play with rotating is very useful. When i...

They are great but they have one flaw
I am not sure why but for the most part they don\'t photograph very well. They are always much better looking IRL, probably because of the way light hits the precious metal dials.
