Independents

I own the EVO

in green, and fortunate to own the sequential (in orange) too. They are among the handful of my favorite watches of all times.

I will tell you why I got the EVO and why yours might be a better choice from some viewpoints:
1. The EVOs look badass, few watch combine killer futuristic-sporty look, technology and art as them. Maybe simply no one, at least for my wavelength.
2. When I got the LMP EVO, it was the only LMP with rectangular pushers, which IMHO fit the overall look of the watch much better than the round ones. They later added the palladium (more delicate both in look and material) and your salmon (masterpiece)
3. they might have a better durability compared to other LM
4. the green color of the baseplate is insane: it changes from green to blue to purple, depending on light and angle

All the above is more then enough to make me fall in hopeless love and forget or forgive anything else. But upon a critical examination, it's has few shortcomings too:
1. It's still only a "sporty" watch: the long staff and slow balance are not really suitable for a true sport watch. It's ok for an active but still careful life. (the LM sequential has a faster balance and shorter staff and might be slightly better but it's still not a heavy duty sport watch).
2. the thread of a screw down crown and its tube is not going to last forever on manual wind watch. I understand it improves water resistance (especially dynamic pressure and under mechanical stress), but it's still not ideal.
3. it wears pretty large with its long lugs (if you have a large wrist this is possibly a strength though)
4. the conjunction of the rubber strap to the lug is not perfect (it shows an undesirable gap under minimal bending)
5. the legibility is significantly inferior to the one of the white subdials used on yours

So eventually the decision is purely personal.

If you still want a complicated EVO, you like the black sequential and can/want to afford it, I would suggest you to keep the salmon LMP (that is my favorite non-EVO LMP) and get the black sequential. Or maybe wait and hope for a green one in the future smile
The LM SE EVO (which now exist in 4 different versions IIRC) are also a great option.
